Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mikan Associates Training Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited seating for this training, any necessary cancellations requests must adhere to the Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined below. This Policy enables us to reassign any seats relinquished through a cancellation to others in the waiting list, in good time for the training date and time.

• Cancelation requests made within 14 days or more prior to the schedule date and time for the training will receive full refund of the amount paid for the class.
• Cancelation requests made between 7 days and 13 days prior to the schedule date and time for the training will receive one half of the amount paid for the class.
• No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received with less than 7 days prior to the scheduled training.
